NBSS founder, program administrator & head coach. 12 years as USFS and PSA registered/accredited coach for synchronized skating and singles skating. Former regional competitor in singles & synchronized skating.

Thirteen years skating experience as a member of the Skating Club of Lake Placid, Katrina has Junior Freestyle, Gold Dance, Senior Moves and Junior free dance to her credit.

USFS Gold Medalist in Ice Dancing, Silver Medalist in Freedance and has completed her Novice level Freeskate and 5th Figure level. Laurie has taught for over 24 years and has been a former Regional and Sectional Competitor. Laurie has also taught Power Skating classes for both Figure Skaters and Hockey Players.

Meredith began synchro skating with the Birmingham Blazing Blades in Birmingham, MI. She was a competitive freestyle skater, and at age 14, became a member of Team Elan's Senior team, skating with them until age 18. She attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, and was a member of Miami's Senior Synchronized Skating Team all four years. She was captain of the Miami Senior Team as they won the U.S. National title in 2006 (see the long program here), and captured 4th place at the World Synchronized Skating Championships in Prague. Graduating with a major in exercise science and currently working in the physical therapy field, Meredith is currently finishing her education as a physician assistant. She has a gold medal in moves in the field and dance.

Ten years of competitive figure skating experience with the Cantiague Figure Skating Club of New York. Six years of coaching experience in New York, Virginia, and Colorado, to include Moves in the Field, freestyle, choreography, and synchronized skating; background in off and on ice strength and conditioning. PSA Basic exam accredited. Freestyle medalist at the North Atlantic Figure Skating Championships and Mid-Atlantic Figure Skating Championships. Available to teach all ages from Beginner to Intermediate.
